SKS365 delivers Grow People Management Programme

The programme was hosted to foster knowledge between staff across Europe.

SKS365 has hosted a ‘Grow People Management’ Programme for several of its staff.

The event was held in Belgrade between 15-19 April and invited members of staff from Malta, Italy, Austria and Serbia to attend.

The workshops focused on how to develop managerial skills, such as effective communication, team building, presentation skills and understanding financial reporting.

The managers came from a range of departments, including commercial, product and development, finance and sportsbook divisions, to ensure a diverse range of staff received the programme.

A spokesperson for SKS365 said: “Investing in people is key to success in a competitive and constantly evolving market.

“Last week, 11 experienced people managers from the group’s four locations gathered in Belgrade for the new Grow People Management Programme to further consolidate their skills, build connections nurture relations and prepare for future opportunities.”

SKS365 emphasised the importance of an individual in a managerial position being able to develop the team, but also themselves.

This is vital in an industry which requires a constant level of learning and flexibility, such as that found in gambling and marketing.

As well as workshops, the Grow People Management Programme included training sessions and discussions between those present.

By sharing knowledge between one another, the different managers can learn about what styles of leadership can flourish in different locations, situations and even when dealing with individual personalities.

As for the Italian operations in particular, they benefitted from a recent partnership with DS Virtual Gaming, to launch the fully licensed product suite into, SKS365’s flagship Italian brand.
